Did Aamir Khan disrespect to the national flag?

Shailendra Sharma filed a complaint against Khan for violating Section 2 of the Prevention of Insult to the National Honour Act of 1971.

The complainant, Shailendra, has alleged that Khan disrespected the national tri-colour during inauguration of a car showroom in Indore on August 16 last.
