Can Microsoft Break Google's Monopoly buy Merging with Yahoo for $44.6 billion?

This is too shocking a news for me. Microsoft Corp has made an unsolicited offer to buy Yahoo Inc for $44.6 billion in cash and stock, seeking to join forces against Google Inc in what would be the biggest Internet deal since the Time Warner-AOL merger. And still what they are getting is, 16 percent share of worldwide web search market.

In its boldest-ever acquisition move, Microsoft said on Friday it offered $31 per share for Yahoo, or a 62 percent premium over the Internet media company's closing stock price on Nasdaq Thursday. Yahoo, whose shares jumped to $30.75 in premarket trading, said it would evaluate the bid

Though it's a good strategy, not good for internet, and the power will be centred with two big shots, Microsoft and Google. And you are seeing some of the effects from Google already, they being the monopoly in Internet world.

Orlando Tour Would Never Be So Much of Fun

Our recent tour to Orlando turned out to be fun. It was the thanksgiving weekend, when we had 3 days in hand over the weekend and we decided to opt for sightseeing tours in Florida. Basically, the reason to chose Orlando was Universal Studios, Sea World and Kennedy Space Center visitor complex. One day each was allocated to each sightseeing tour.

As we never had been to Orlando before, we looked for some sort of guide that gives us useful information on Orlando attractions and specially hotels to stay. Companies like Trusted Tours & Attractions can help you out in such situations. And signing up for their newsletter shall keep you updated all time for any future tours and travel.
And that' not the end, but you also have a chance to win handheld GPS system from Trusted tours when you subscribe to their newsletter

Orlando tour was fun, specially Universal Studios. In one of those rides in there, we were riding on Dr. Doom's Day, holding our breaths as that ride was supposed to shoot us in the sky and bring back suddenly with great speed. And the moment, we were thrown up, we both were screaming like anything. But I later realized that I was screaming for fun in that ride and my wife was screaming because her prescription glasses fell down... LOL!

French President Nicolas Sarkozy's girlfriend, former supermodel and singer Carla Bruni coming to India

The guessing game is finally over. French President Nicolas Sarkozy's girlfriend, former supermodel and singer Carla Bruni will after all be coming to India. She will however not be attending the Republic Day parade on Saturday, though she is expected to make the much anticipated visit to the Taj Mahal with Sarkozy.

The will-she-won't-she teaser trailers had kept MEA's officialdom as much in thrall as the media. Where would she sit? These worries kept Indian protocol officials awake and reportedly Sarkozy angry, who has cut short his visit to India. A previously planned trip to Mumbai has been cancelled. According to French reports, Sarkozy doesn't really want to stay in India for long enough. Now this is really a question for me, why he really does not want to stay longer?

Give back to your community

It was never so easy to raise funds for your cause and connect with your group. But Shoutback made it very easily possible and for a better cause again.

It's little difficult to raise funds for your cause because of the efforts involved and less return on your time investment. And yes, you have seen it before too, isn't it? I have seen small children spending their time in fund raising activities and finally, they end up spending lot of their time in doing that with little outcome. People feel that they should contribute but they somehow don't - so even if lot of sympathy is accumulated, we don't get the fund raising expected.

There should be optimized ways to actually get this done. And one of the ways is creating a community. This community or group can be benefited from shopping services, buying services, special auction features by signing up to Shoutback. It is proving to be a new and creative way to fundraise for clubs, groups, and other organizations.

As other fund raising activities, this would definitely benefit the PTA, The city could also get involved and raise money for community centers, libraries could raise money to buy books. This entire communities and large groups of people can benefit this way through Shoutback.

LawMax Helps the Needy in Lawsuits

Being involved in a lawsuit and running out of money, is not a rare picture. Rather, it's obvious that someone who is not rich enough but stuck into a lawsuit somehow, will require a lot of money for the lawsuits, specially when your life is completely dependent on your daily work and even though you deserve to win the lawsuit.

Basically, you need not to settle down the case in rush and settle for less only because you need money desperately. At such moments, you might lose lot of money due to early settlements but you could have got much more if you would have been supported by Litigation Financing by companies like LawMax.

They can help you avoid financial crisis, including home foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy and ruined credit. Don't they share a big risk at your difficult times and help you to gain a lot if you win and they get nothing if you lose the lawsuit. Moreover it's a pure risk they take, as no credit checks or monthly payments you need to do.

Shame on Mumbai

After last year's incident of woman molestation at Gateway of India, Mumbai crowd made sure that they show how dirty they can be on this year's eve as well. Two women were molested outside JW Marriot hotel at 1.45 am on New year's eve. Both of them were NRIs from California and probably wanted to visit their own beautiful country and visit the city of dreams, mumbai for the new year.

This is so disturbing to read this news at Hindustan times, thankfully this case is reported when HT reported filed a complaint with unwilling mumbai cops. We also urge you that if you see these molesters - please take a knife, and cut his hands and manhood - but leave him alive, so he will repent all his life and remember how he shall be treated when he does such crime.

We urge you!

Asset Tracking Software by

Managing an organization is not an easy thing, and moreover managing it's assets is a big pain in itself till the time you don't have some thing at hand to make sure that every thing is at it's place in the infrastructure of the organization.

Take an example of simply managing the computers in an IT organization. How difficult it would be to keep track of each and every computer while there are 1000s of engineers, resources working in the premises.

The Visual Asset Manager from is pretty much of help at such moments that not only easily manage the organization's assets but also give you lot of features like mapping the assets visually on floor maps, manage the relocations of employees easily, inventory the assets, track usage and depreciation etc.

It's nothing but most useful Asset Tracking Software that comes handy to these organizations to properly manage their assets. NetSimplicity has come with other pretty useful software like Scheduling Software as well. Have a look!
